Processing Time

All Sylk Society products are pre-order items unless stated otherwise.

Processing time is 7–10 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparing your order for shipment.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

After processing is complete, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Policy

Because all hair is ordered specifically for each customer, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Vendor processing times

  • Customs clearance

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Holidays or weather conditions

Sylk Society is not responsible for these delays but will always keep customers updated.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Sylk Society is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to wrong information

  • Packages returned to sender

If your package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and tracking is provided, Sylk Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving tracking for updates to appear.
